One of our most popular items a "brat" is a sausage usually composed of veal, pork or beef, in our case always pork. The name is derived from Old High German Brätwurst, from brät-, which is finely chopped meat and Wurst, or sausage. Though the brat in bratwurst described the way the sausages are made, modern Germans associate it with the German verb “braten”, which means to pan fry or roast. Bratwurst is usually grilled or pan fried, and sometimes cooked in broth or beer.
Most of our gourmet sausages are also available smoked and ready to heat and serve.

Provolone, Tomato Basil or Parmesan (Ring)
These gourmet sausage rings are great on the grill. Just leave them on the skewer and grill until golden brown. A great addition to any pasta or just to eat on its own. Another option is to remove the skewers then cut it up and cook in a pan with a little olive oil.
